At MC2 Saint Barth, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your items, you can return them within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unworn, original condition.
Label and Ship
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at the nearest authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
